Former Ahold Delhaize and beeline North America executives will help
BGJ enter new retail verticals and business areas

NAPLES, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Burke • Gillis • Juliano Group (BGJ), a leading management consulting
firm focused on delivering solutions for the extended retail value
chain, announces Mark Doiron and Dominique Mikolajczak are joining the
company as associates to provide clients with added grocery operations
and broadline retail expertise. Doiron will focus on the retail grocery
environment, leadership development, driving operational efficiencies
and providing a competitive edge, and Mikolajczak will concentrate on
retailer execution, in-store retail operations and experiential
marketing.

Mark Doiron

Mark Doiron spent most of his career with Delhaize America (now Ahold
Delhaize) holding several leadership positions. He was most recently
Chief Merchandising, Marketing & Supply Chain Officer at Fresh Thyme
Farmers Market, an $800 million retailer, and Chief Merchandising and
Supply Chain Officer at Schnucks Markets, a $2.6 billion supermarket
chain with 100 stores. He also served as President of Sure Winner Foods,
a food distribution network serving retailers in the Northeast US.
Doiron earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of
Southern Maine, and advanced executive program certificates from the
University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He is a member of
the Food Marketing Institute’s Fresh Foods Advisory Council and a Board
Director of the University of New England.

Dominique Mikolajczak

Dominique Mikolajczak was most recently President of beeline North
America, a global retailer and distributor for textile accessories and
custom jewelry. Prior to beeline, he was Executive Vice President and
Member of the Executive Board of Orsay, a major European apparel
retailer belonging to the French Mulliez group. He started his career as
a Category Manager in apparel and accessories with Géant Casino, a
French hypermarket chain, and then served as General Merchandise Manager
in its Polish subsidiary
