Polen Capital Names Industry Veterans To Senior Management Roles

BOCA RATON, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Polen Capital, an independently owned, growth equity investment manager, has announced the addition of two senior executives. Mike Guarasci joined Polen Capital as Chief Operating Officer May 18, and Kevin Dolsen joined the firm as Head of Distribution June 1.

In his role as COO, Mr. Guarasci will lead business intelligence across the firm and leverage analytics, data, measurement, and reporting to enhance Polen Capital’s decision making and business efficiency. He will serve on the firm’s Strategic Planning and Operating Committees.

Prior to joining Polen Capital, Mr. Guarasci served as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Strategy & Development and Acting Chief Operating Officer at ICMA-RC, a provider of retirement services to state & local governments. Previously he held senior roles at Infraredx, Inc., Indus Capital Partners, and Bear Stearns Asset Management.

Mr. Dolsen will lead and manage our global distribution team across institutional and intermediary channels. In addition, as an advocate for the client, he will drive innovation and product development. He will also serve on the firm’s Strategic Planning and Operating Committees.

Prior to joining Polen Capital, Mr. Dolsen served as Chief Executive Officer of CastleArk Partners, where he was responsible for client service, business development, and all other operations outside of portfolio management. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Manager of Callan Associates’ Chicago Fund Sponsor Consulting Office.
