I Want To Improve My Health But I Don’t Know How To Start: Pascal Shares 5 Simple Ways

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / March 29, 2021 / Pascal Bachmann was born and raised in Switzerland, where he had a difficult childhood and grew up jumping from one foster home to the next. At 18 years old, being fascinated with martial arts, he became a professional Thaiboxer. At the time, his dream was to become a world champion; however, this dream was shattered after a major accident that resulted in a serious injury. This pushed Pascal to rethink his life and create a new vision.

While recovering from his injury, Bachmann became interested in Eastern therapies specializing in Chinese Medicine, which later led him to become a Health Coach. Over the past 25 years, Bachmann has been building his career as an entrepreneur and has established multiple businesses, with a combined value of over $20 million. Through his work, Pascal has been able to help more than 20,000 clients transform their lives into one of great health, happiness, success, and wealth.

Nowadays, it seems like people live to work and lose sight of their own health in the process. However, in order to take care of others, it is important to take care of yourself first. While the idea of getting in shape or investing in your health may seem scary, Pascal Bachmann lays it out in 5 simple and easy steps that will lead to success if followed correctly:

1. Find a coach or mentor

This step is crucial in the initial stages of getting back on track with your health as staying motivated is one of the biggest challenges. Someone to help keep you motivated and accountable will keep you going. Pascal says: “You need someone who teaches, guid or and leads you. Someone to look up to because that person lives life by example. If you don’t know where to start, you need help, and that is a good thing!”

2. Learn the basics of nutrition

Pascal makes it clear that, as with anything else in life, you need to put in an initial investment. You don’t need to know everything from the start. Instead, you start with the basics and get better and better as you go. “If you want to improve anything in life, you need to take the time and learn how it works,” says Pascal.

3. Find a nutrition form that fits YOU

There is no one size fits all when it comes to health and fitness. Everyone is different whether it be a difference in gender, age, size, habits, past experiences, beliefs, genetics, culture, etc. You need to find a nutrition style that fits YOUR lifestyle and is sustainable long term. “You need to find a nutrition form that fits YOU based on WHO YOU are! Only then will you be able to not just make a “diet” for 3 month, but find a lifestyle for the rest of your life that gives you exactly what you need to feel and look the way you want to, with almost no effort,” says Pascal.

4. Set a start date and have a plan for your new lifestyle

Once you have a good understanding of the basics of nutrition and know what plan you will adopt, it’s time to make decisions. It is then time to make a commitment to yourself and follow through. This might be the most difficult part of all. This is when you will be challenged physically and mentally, which is why having a strong mindset is key. Pascal says: “Commitment is the result of your values. How much do you value yourself? How much do you want this and why? Have clarity on this, be 100% committed and know WHEN and HOW you start.”

5. Be consistent and never give up!

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It doesn’t mean you won’t miss a workout or that you will always feel like you crushed each exercise, but consistency is the key. As long as you stay consistent and keep on going despite any setbacks, you will feel more confident and showing up every day will slowly become second nature.

“If you have that knowledge, clarity and commitment together with a coach or mentor that can guide you through the first 3 to 6 month, you made it! In this 3 to 6 month you will face challenges and probably think about giving up. That’s why it is important to have someone beside you. Someone that can lead you, inspire and motivate you. But also someone who is willing to kick your ass and remind you to stay committed if needed,” Pascal says.
