Healthcare Law Firm Lengea Welcomes Shirin Adelman as Senior Counsel

Shirin is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School with two decades of legal experience.

Shirin’s primary focus is in the fields of healthcare, employment, technology, and real estate law. She is licensed to practice law in five states and in the Federal courts. Prior to joining Lengea, Shirin managed the legal affairs of an investment company with $400 million in alternative investments including healthcare and healthcare technology as well as $2 billion in public equities. Shirin has also worked as a corporate finance and restructuring attorney, as legal counsel at a major investment bank, and has served as in-house counsel to a real estate investment company with over $300 million in assets.
