Jesse Shade Promoted to Chief Technology Officer of Tower MSA Partners
DELRAY BEACH, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#medicaresecondarypayer–Jesse Shade has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer of Tower MSA Partners. A member of the company’s senior executive team, Shade’s responsibilities encompass strategic planning and the development and management of Tower’s complex technologies. These include systems architecture, cybersecurity, data transfer, and business continuity.
Shade is also instrumental in the software development associated with Tower’s state-of-the-art Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, Section 111 Reporting and Medicare Set-Aside software systems.

Shade recently worked closely with Wilson on Tower’s SOC 2 Type II audit; the company received its attestation in April 2021.
Shade joined the company in 2017 as director of information technology and was promoted to senior vice president of information technology in 2019. He had previously worked for 35 years in the design and development of technology solutions in the insurance, aviation, healthcare, hospitality, defense, energy, and banking industries.
