Although it’s an incredible amount of work, I wouldn’t trade it in for a high-paying executive job wherein I have to follow all kinds of directives and company policies made up by other people. I alone am responsible for its victories and its failures,” he explains, adding with a gleam in his eye, “So far, luckily, there have been many more victories than failures.”
