Lee Fondiller is the Subject of a New Interview

The real estate professional and serial entrepreneur sat down to discuss his life, his career, and his professional philosophy

ELDERSBERG, MD / ACCESSWIRE / August 18, 2021 / It is with great enthusiasm that real estate professional and serial entrepreneur Lee Fondiller announces that he is the subject of a new interview. The interview, which was conducted by freelance journalist Suzie Zeng on behalf of an online periodical that concentrates on matters of health and wellness, was published on July 30, 2021.

Early on in the interview, upon being asked why he decided to create his latest business, a real estate concern, Lee responds, “I’ve always felt a strong need to create something of my own. I’ve started many businesses, some more successful than others, and, regardless of the result, I have always come away knowing that this is what I was meant to do,” he says, elaborating, “Working one job for many years is an important part of a person’s self-worth. It fosters commitment and drive. But there are also opportunities to explore business ideas that benefit myself and those around me. I’ve done both though, and the excitement is in being my own boss.”

Further along in the piece, Lee Fondiller explains how he maintains a solid work/life balance while juggling the demands of a full-time executive-level job with owning and operating a real estate company. “In the past, I didn’t always maintain a solid work-life balance, but I realized very quickly after the birth of my son that I wanted to make sure not to miss any of the important milestones in his life. I wanted to slow downtime as much as possible so I wouldn’t ever hear myself say that it all went by too fast or that I missed too much time with my family.”

About Lee Fondiller:
Originally from Philadelphia, Lee Fondiller is a real estate professional and serial entrepreneur. While studying Agribusiness at the University of Maryland, Lee bought a franchise in a commercial cleaning business. He ran that business until he graduated, using the profits he earned toward tuition for graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, where he eventually earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Sciences.

After college, Lee Fondiller created a document imaging company that provided business-to-business (B2B) services for document storage and indexing. He later sold that business to a company that would employ him for decades as their production manager. Concurrently, Lee busied himself by developing new businesses, including Global Tracking Group, a company that outfitted personal and fleet vehicles with tracking devices. He still serves as the chief operations officer (COO) of Global Tracking Group to this day. In 2017, Lee ventured into the real estate market, founding a new company designed to manage property transactions and house flips. Currently, Lee owns and operates this company while simultaneously performing his role at Global Tracking Group.
