CEDARTOWN, GA / ACCESSWIRE / August 2, 2021 / Phoenix Rising Companies (OTCQB:PRCX) is in the final round of negotiations with the marketing and PR firm, Heartland Performance. “Based on our recent meetings with management and upcoming company announcements, we expect to have a consulting contract in place by the first week in August,” commented Heartland Performance President David Clark.
