Oregon’s Longview Ranch Builds Hay Shed With Trees Harvested From Its Property
KIMBERLY, Ore.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#LongviewRanch—Longview Ranch, located along Central Oregon’s historic Route 19 in Kimberly, maintains 30,000 stunning acres of diverse landscape.
Longview Ranch is a hay-producing property and is in need of new storage space. The Longview Ranch team is currently constructing a 84’ x 84’ hay shed, which will hold more than 400 tons of hay.
With lumber costs running very high right now, Longview Ranch harvested dead trees from the property and sent them to a local mill. This allowed Longview Ranch to afford to build the hay storage during tough times.
