The Cybersecurity Association of Maryland Inc. Announces 2022 Cybersecurity Award Winners
The sixth annual awards program recognizes the best of the cybersecurity ecosystem
BALTIMORE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Cybersecurity Association of Maryland Inc. (CAMI), Maryland’s only nonprofit organization dedicated to bolstering the growth of the cybersecurity industry, today announced the winners of the 2022 Cybersecurity Awards. These competitive awards recognize leading-edge cybersecurity products and services, along with change-makers and innovators, that contribute to our nation’s cybersecurity ecosystem.
Award winners were unveiled during CAMI’s Annual Celebration on Oct. 19 and include:
Ira Winkler, Cybersecurity Champion of the Year Award
CyDeploy, Cybersecurity Company to Watch Award
SIXGEN, Cybersecurity Defender of the Year Award
NPower Maryland, Cybersecurity Diversity Trailblazer Award
Zuul IoT Inc., Cybersecurity Innovator of the Year Award
Cybrary, Cybersecurity Resource of the Year Award
Angie Lienert, Cyber Warrior Woman Award
Zuul IoT Inc., People’s Choice Award
Cheaper than a Geek, Best of Anne Arundel County
In total, 50 nominations were considered across 7 categories for the 2022 Cybersecurity Awards. Entries were evaluated by 9 independent judges who play significant roles in the cybersecurity and technology industries.
