MorganFranklin Consulting Names Latest Class of New Leaders
Promotion of five experts provides further catalyst for strategic growth
WASHINGTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–MorganFranklin Consulting, a leading finance, technology and business advisory firm, has announced five promotions to its leadership team. Beau Hammond, Jawad Hussain, Scott Jones, and Asela Wijesiri have been named managing directors, and Annabelle Pykalo has been named an executive director.

Beau Hammond will lead MorganFranklin’s efforts to support the missions of our global aerospace & defense (A&D) sector clients including aerospace, commercial aircraft, business and general aviation, space and ship building, and defense industries. Beau will continue to support MorganFranklin’s leading divestitures and carve-outs service lines.
Beau’s expertise includes leading clients through spin-off efforts to spin-off and operationalize assets; integrate and optimize new acquisitions; deploy target operating models and supporting infrastructure; and to implement, realize automation opportunities and deploy ERP and EPM applications that increase data and analytics capabilities. Beau is the winner of several internal MorganFranklin awards, including the prestigious “MFC Way” award. Beau holds a bachelors from Albion College and an MBA from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
Jawad Hussain leads MorganFranklin’s Private Equity Services practice. He has extensive experience leading global M&A integrations and identifying synergies to achieve value realization for private equity firms, their partners and portfolio companies. He employs proven methodologies, tools and reporting techniques that provide the right approach at each phase of the deal lifecycle, and consistency across private equity portfolios. Jawad began his career at MorganFranklin over ten years ago, and recently returned after a stint with another boutique consulting firm where he provided M&A services to a wide range of global companies. Jawad earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from George Mason University.
Scott Jones has deep experience supporting publicly traded multinational and domestic corporations, as well as private companies, with their information risk management, IT security and control, SOX compliance, and internal audit initiatives as they progress through their compliance life cycle. He has more than 18 years of experience, the last 11 of which were spent at PwC, and leverages his diverse background of IT risk and compliance, SOX assurance and advisory, and financial audit experience to deliver a broad range of risk advisory solutions to his clients. Scott is a certified public accountant and holds a MS in accounting with a concentration in accounting information systems, and a BSBA in accounting and marketing from Appalachian State University.
Asela Wijesiri leads MorganFranklin’s Government Contract Advisory Services practice and has over 20 years of industry experience, 15 of which were spent at Deloitte. He is adept at assisting government contractors in industries including aerospace and defense, manufacturing, services, telecom, construction and engineering, nonprofits, and healthcare on regulatory compliance matters relating to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS). He has extensive experience with assisting clients in establishing cost accounting practices and developing indirect rate structures to meet organizations’ strategic goals. He also assists clients to mitigate compliance risk by performing business system compliance reviews, government contract readiness assessments, post integration business process harmonization, due diligence, and supporting Deltek, SAP and Oracle implementations. Asela earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration, accounting from Slippery Rock University.
Annabelle Pykalo joined MorganFranklin following its acquisition of Blue Marble. A passionate, purpose led leader with a strong focus on helping clients optimize their systems, processes and people, Annabelle specializes in SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise information management (EIM) and enterprise performance management (EPM) across many industries. With over 18 years of SAP experience, Annabelle has a collaborative and holistic approach, providing clients with comprehensive solutions to complex challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Hull.
