Graph Blockchain Announces Stock Option Cancellation
Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – March 21, 2023) – Graph Blockchain Inc. (CSE: GBLC) (OTC Pink: REGRF) (FSE: RT50) (the “GBLC” or “Graph Blockchain” or the “Company”) announces that effective March 20, 2023 (the “Effective Date“), the Company has cancelled an aggregate of 2,760,000 options (“Options“) to purchase common shares of the Company (“Common Shares“), which were previously granted to employees, directors, and consultants of the Company (each a “Participant“), at exercise prices ranging from $0.50 to $1.25, expiring March 29, 2023, and September 23, 2023. The Options were voluntarily surrendered by the holders for no consideration.
Additionally, further to the news release on February 17, 2023, the Company has finalized the terms of restricted share units (“RSUs“) grant to be effective as of March 22, 2023, and vesting over a period of one (1) year.
