NOVA Infrastructure Expands US Team, Adds Senior VP and Associates
The Company is expanding its investment team to take advantage of middle-market infrastructure opportunities
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–NOVA Infrastructure, a middle-market-focused infrastructure investment firm, announced today the appointment of three new hires, Senior Vice President Faisal Choudhury and Associates Michael Troy and Noah Frick.

Faisal Choudhury joins NOVA as a Senior Vice President. Choudhury brings more than a decade of investment experience to NOVA and is a seasoned deal professional with strong sector knowledge. Prior to joining NOVA, Choudhury was a Principal at Glenfarne Group, where he focused on power, energy and energy transition. Choudhury was involved in the execution and management of Glenfarne’s investments in its EnfraGen and Alder Midstream platform companies. Before that, Choudhury worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Istanbul and at Macquarie Capital in New York. Choudhury earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BA from Northwestern University.
Michael Troy and Noah Frick both bring five years of experience across different industries to the firm. Troy is returning to NOVA in a full-time role after spending two summers with the firm as a Summer Associate and has previously worked in valuations as an analyst at Lincoln International. He has a deep understanding of the middle market and well-rounded experience with conducting independent third-party valuations for private equity clients across all industries. Troy earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and received his BS from Wake Forest University.
Noah Frick, formerly an Investment Fellow at Mobility Capital and a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Co., has expertise in transportation-focused investments, aerospace and the electric mobility sector. Prior to these experiences, he served as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Army as a member of the 75th Ranger Regiment, Special Operations Command. During his service, Frick developed an analytical and organization-building skillset in roles where he managed a cross-functional team of twelve intelligence analysts in Afghanistan as a Lead Task Force Intelligence Chief, represented the Regimental Commander in Washington D.C. as an Interagency Liaison and developed and led training programs for pre-deployment Rangers as a Training Lead. Frick earned his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
