Deutsche Bank Appointed as Depositary Bank for the Sponsored American Depositary Receipt Program of LION GROUP HOLDING LTD.
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Deutsche Bank announced today its appointment as depositary bank for the NASDAQ-listed American Depositary Receipt program of Lion Group Holding Ltd. (the “Company” or “LION”).
LION GROUP HOLDING LTD (NASDAQ: LGHL) operates a Chinese investor-focused trading platform that offers a wide spectrum of products and services, including trading services, brokerage services and asset management services. The Company is headquartered in Hong Kong.*
