KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to CIM Trust 2020-INV1 (CIM 2020-INV1)
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) assigns preliminary ratings to 34 classes of mortgage pass-through certificates from CIM Trust 2020-INV1 (CIM 2020-INV1), a prime RMBS transaction issued the Sponsor, Chimera Investment Corporation, (Chimera).
The CIM 2020-1INV pool comprises 1,009 first-lien, agency-eligible investment purpose loans with an aggregated principal balance of $335.1 million as of the September 1, 2020 cut-off date. CIM 2020-INV1 is not backed by any loans in forbearance as of the cut-off date.
