UNIONDALE, N.Y.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#HPM–Health Plus Management (HPM), a physician support organization (PSO) providing business management and operations services for independent physician practices specializing in musculoskeletal care, today announced its orthopedic platform, South Island Orthopedics (SIO), acquired the Orthopaedic & Sports Associates of Long Island (OSALI) multi-disciplinary orthopedic practice, which will soon begin operating under the South Island Orthopedics name. Since joining HPM in 2019, South Island Orthopedics has introduced additional musculoskeletal specialties to its practice and extended its geographic footprint across Cedarhurst, Long Island, to Brooklyn, Queens and now to Woodbury, New York.
