To date, there are more than 525,704 confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) across the United States leaving all 50 states to implement “social distancing” regulations for their respective communities, with many states declaring “stay at home orders.” As a result, many companies are advising employees to work remotely, including contact centers and collections agencies.
