Insulet Corporation Announces Plans for Public Offering of Common Stock

ACTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Insulet Corporation (NASDAQ: PODD) (Insulet or the Company), a global leader in tubeless insulin pump technology with its Omnipod® Insulin Management System (Omnipod System), today announced that it plans to make an offering of $500 million of its common stock in a registered underwritten offering. Insulet expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $75 million of additional shares.

Insulet expects to use the net proceeds from the sale of the shares of its common stock in this offering for general corporate purposes.
