Dynatrace Announces Pricing of Public Offering by Selling Stockholders

WALTHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Software intelligence company, Dynatrace, Inc. (NYSE: DT), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 25,000,000 shares of common stock by certain selling stockholders of Dynatrace at a public offering price of $41.10 per share. In addition, such selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on August 5, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
