Northern Virginia REALTOR® Associations Adopt Remine Docs+ Transaction Management Platform
Real estate professionals in the Greater Northern Virginia region to have end-to-end platform
VIENNA, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#FMLS—Remine, a leading real estate technology company, announced today that two Northern Virginia REALTOR® Associations – the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS® (NVAR) and the REALTOR® Association of Prince William (PWAR) – have signed Remine Docs+ Transaction Management Platform as a primary resource to benefit their combined 14,000+ REALTOR® members.
“We’re excited to partner with Remine to deliver an innovative new transaction management platform to our members. After careful consideration, it was clear that the smart technology behind Docs+ aligns with our goals of delivering uncompromising value, driving innovative solutions in a dynamic marketplace, and impacting the real estate industry. Our colleagues in Prince William agreed, and we’re pleased that they’ll be joining us in this new collaborative venture,” said Ryan Conrad, CEO of NVAR.
April Thomas, CEO of PWAR, said, “We’re thrilled about the launch of Remine Docs+ and continuing our partnership with the Northern Virginia Association. The Docs+ platform embraces innovation and forward-thinking technology; we are confident it will create an outstanding experience for our members.”
Remine offers a complete MLS 2.0 operating system for agents and clients which includes PRO (a full front-end operating system), Docs+ (transaction management), Input, Single Sign-on (SSO), and a Consumer Website.
“We are eager to launch Docs+ in the fall after seeing its success in other markets,” said Nicholas Lagos, 2020 NVAR President. “NVAR has always been forward-thinking – we’re not simply taking action that impacts how REALTORS® run their business and serve their clients today; we’re focused on positioning them for success in tomorrow’s real estate market. Remine understands that and they live it.”
Peggy Burke, 2020 PWAR President, said, “PWAR is pleased that we will be able to collaborate with NVAR using the new Remine Technology for documents and transaction management for our members. I think that it will be a much faster and user-friendly platform than we are offering our members at this time. And, I think that our clients will also find it more user-friendly and efficient.”
President and Co-Founder of Remine Leo Pareja said, “I became a member of NVAR 15 years ago. Northern Virginia is my home market, and I cannot express how happy we are to be delivering our operating system here. The power of Docs+ and PRO will provide NVAR and PWAR REALTORS® with the very best resource to serve their home buyer and seller clients.”
