NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–White Oak Commercial Finance, LLC (“White Oak”), an affiliate of White Oak Global Advisors, LLC, announced it provided a $5 million Receivables Financing Facility to a software and program management services firm that provides renewable energy-related solutions to public and private utilities providers.

The transaction was structured as a recourse factoring facility and will be used to support the company’s continued growth as the demand for its renewable energy connectivity platform and services continues to rise.
