Intermedia Touch Creates Coral Gables First State-Of-The-Art Digital Interactive Welcome Center Experience at The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce

In an effort to highlight all of the amenities and attractions that Coral Gables has to offer, the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce set out to build a state-of-the-art, interactive digital kiosk as part of their Welcome Center created by Miami local company Intermedia Touch.

To expand their reach, the Chamber contacted Intermedia Touch to install a state-of-the-art Welcome Center solution that consisted of a touch screen kiosk and custom application. A noteworthy addition to their newly opened space located at 201 Alhambra Circle, Suite 100, the Welcome Center kiosk was created as a resource for members, residents, and visitors to find information about quality-of-life amenities, local attractions, dining, and retail amenities. As the number one ranked Chamber in the tri-county area, they are certain this new equipment, complete with thoughtfully curated software, will elevate their connections and presence in the community.

Intermedia Touch was able to achieve the vision of cross-promoting Chamber members, as well as showcasing the diversity found within the community, with the new application. In addition to the guest interface, Intermedia Touch created a custom content management system to ensure the information in the kiosk can be easily updated by the Chamber staff, as well as considering COVID-19 safety measures with the added feature of a QR code to view the application on your personal device.
