MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Fourshore Partners (“Fourshore”) announced today its acquisition of a majority stake in Genesis Capital Finance (“Genesis,” “GCF”), a specialty finance company that provides commercial loans to independent owner operators in the long-haul trucking industry.
