“We are actually attracted to the more difficult projects because nobody wants to deal with them. But we manage to pull them off, and people notice that,” Paul Garibotti reveals.
Paul admits that he loves a challenge, which is perhaps why Northfleet has had the opportunity to work on so many prominent projects over the years, from Humber River Regional Hospital to Casino Niagara and the Target Distribution Centre in Cornwall.
Paul Garibotti has always exemplified a great passion for his industry. When asked what advice he has for aspiring entrepreneurs, he responded: “If you don’t intend to follow through, don’t do it. If you decide you’re going to do it, never give up. Just keep your head down and work as hard as you can. If you do this, you’ll fail more than you win, but your wins will be big.”

Paul Garibotti graduated from one of Canada’s most recognized universities, York University in Toronto, Ontario. While working as a commercial lender for the Bank of Nova Scotia, Paul Garibotti found himself feeling unfulfilled in his role. Fortunately, he landed a position as an estimator in the concrete business, despite having no previous experience in this field. With an aptitude for sales and number crunching, Paul exhibited exceptional talent, which led him to be recruited by a competing firm.
