Lincoln International Adds Hardeep Singh as Managing Director

Continues exponential growth for Lincoln’s Valuations & Opinions Group

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lincoln International is pleased to announce the addition of Hardeep Singh as a Managing Director in the firm’s Valuations & Opinions Group. Hardeep will be based in Lincoln’s San Francisco, California, office. With more than a decade of experience, Hardeep provides financial, transaction and valuation advice to clients across multiple industries, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as public and private companies and their boards of directors. He brings a wealth of experience in providing fairness and solvency opinions in connection with mergers and acquisitions, dividend recapitalization, secondary recapitalization and spin-off transactions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Hardeep was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps in its corporate finance advisory business unit’s transaction opinions practice. Previously, he worked for Accenture as a Management Consultant. Hardeep holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Missouri.
