Leader to Share Important Technologies at Conference, Taking Place August 31 – September 2

COLUMBIA, Mo.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#Mortgage–From discussing work-related challenges and solutions, to elaborating on leading-edge technologies, David Townsend, President and CEO of Agents National Title Insurance Company, will inform and educate the 700 participants in the National Settlement Services Summit (NS3), taking place August 31 – September 2, 2021 in Naples, Fla.

NS3 is a premier annual conference for everyone involved in real estate transactions, from title agents and underwriters, to realtors and mortgage lenders.

Mr. Townsend, whose company was the fastest growing national title underwriter in 2020, will play a major role in two sessions:

Wednesday, September 1 from 11:20-12:10, he will speak on an Emerging Technologies panel about title decision engines and other innovations transforming the industry. Last year, Agents National unveiled its own “instant title” engine, REalSearch.
He will also co-host a special edition of the recorded podcast, That Floats, live from the show floor, with fellow host Craig Haskins, Chief Operating Officer, Knight Barry Title. That Floats! Live! on Thursday, September 2 will give audience members a chance to share humorous anecdotes and conclude the conference with camaraderie and optimism. The program will take place from 11:30-12:00.
