Axiom Consulting Partners Expands Team with Strategic Appointments at Partner, Principal, Manager Levels

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Axiom Consulting Partners (“Axiom”), an advisory firm integrating strategy, artificial intelligence (AI) and behavioral science to help clients grow and transform their businesses, today announced several strategic executive hires and promotions to support the firm’s analytics offerings and client relationships after a year of significant growth.

In addition to Lisa Thompson, who joined the firm as a partner earlier this year, Axiom has hired industry veterans and promoted several consultants to meet evolving client needs.

Richard F. Ashbaugh has been appointed as Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Axiom. Ashbaugh brings more than two decades of experience managing marketing and business development initiatives, integrated marketing, and corporate brand awareness for some of the most prestigious and reputable global companies. Previously, Ashbaugh served as Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications for global management consulting firm AArete, where he oversaw the company’s branding, marketing, communication, and business development functions.

Jillian Anderson has been promoted to Principal in the Business Transformation practice. Anderson has been with the firm for over 8 years and currently leads key client project teams and advises C-suite and board level executives regarding issues at the intersection of organization, talent and change. Prior to joining Axiom, Anderson worked in a research capacity at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jim Evans has been named a Principal in the Growth Strategy practice. Evans has over 25 years of experience in consulting, industry and military leadership experience, with a particular focus on the challenges of the software industry. Previously, Evans spent 10 years in consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, Cerenti Marketing Group and as the founder of i2g Consulting.

Edward Hogan III has been named a Principal in the Growth and Technology sector practice and has more than two decades of experience consulting and driving go-to-market strategies and sales effectiveness. Previously, Hogan was a sales effectiveness and operations leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Maggie Miller has been promoted to Principal in the Professional Services Practice with a particular focus on Data and Decision Analytics. She advises clients regarding sophisticated data science as it pertains to financial risk models, inclusion and diversity scorecards, and value-based pricing strategy and toolkits. Prior to joining Axiom, Miller was a consultant at Palladium.

Charlie Pope has been promoted to Principal in the Growth Practice, with a particular focus on SaaS and technology sector businesses. He advises clients in regard to growth, M&A and data strategies. Prior to joining Axiom, Pope was a consultant at Benchmark Strategy Group.

Axiom furthermore announced a round of appointments at the Manager level, including: Alexis Aubert, who joins the firm from Opus Consulting; Alexander Dabit, joining from PwC; Carlos Gomez, previously of Accenture; and Derek Jett, previously of Deloitte.

Additionally, Axiom announced several key internal promotions: Kevin Andres, promoted to Manager, previously of Beghou Consulting; Devin Tyler, who has been at Axiom for over four years, has been promoted to senior consultant; and Hailey Kurtz, who has been promoted to Creative Marketing Lead.
