As a successful entrepreneur and business professional, Sid Mathur takes the time to provide insight into his daily operations. As the Founder of Limbic Learning, Sid is committed to helping individuals with disabilities navigate the education landscape. When asked for the inspiration behind limbic learning, he states:

“I’ve always had a passion for changing the education system. I saw so much opportunity to change, but nothing new has even been put into practice. The classroom setting was created during wartime, and it was functional for a society of mostly factory workers and secretaries. Our world has changed and with that our understanding of how the brain functions. This antiquated way of learning isn’t necessarily the best modality for teaching.”

Recognizing that every individual is unique, Sid works to provide catered solutions based on individual needs.

While cultivating a positive space for learning is his number one priority, he also ensures open communication with all staff members. He claims that there is no formula when it comes to motivating employees, therefore, it is essential to get to know everyone individually and make them feel like valued members of the team.
