Contentsquare Strengthens Tech & Impact Leadership with Key New Hires

New roles include Chief Information Officer, VP Digital Trust and Global Data Protection Officer (DPO), and VP of Philanthropy

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Contentsquare, the global leader in digital experience analytics, today announced three new appointments to accelerate the company’s IT organization and help scale the company’s social impact.

Martin Decrême has been appointed Chief Information Officer. He will work hand-in-hand with Contentsquare’s executive committee and finance team to develop and implement an enterprise Business Intelligence program for the information system department that will define, calculate, run and maintain the company’s strategic KPIs. The IT and Business Intelligence teams will support each other across different departments in their daily operations, and Decrême will help drive change management around business needs with a deep system and analysis expertise. Decrême will report to Patrick Chatain, Chief Technology Officer at Contentsquare.

Contentsquare is also expanding its Impact team and Legal team with the hire of Judicaël Phan as VP Digital Trust and Global Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Emily Bove as VP of Philanthropy. Phan will report to Arnaud Gouachon, Chief Legal Officer at Contentsquare and will work hand-in-hand with Kat Borlongan, Chief Impact Officer at Contentsquare, as well as the Contentsquare Product House team. Bove will report to Kat Borlongan.

With more than 20 years of experience in privacy, ethics, legal, IT and innovation at Ubisoft, Nodle, Five Lives, the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority), Criteo, and a past lecturer at the CNAM, Paris Mines-Telecom, SciencesPo & ISEP, Phan will help cement Contentsquare’s commitment and efforts beyond compliance to leverage innovation to prepare businesses today for the privacy expectations of customers tomorrow, helping brands build healthy data relationships with their customers and personalized experiences that respect a person’s right to privacy.

Phan and Bove join a new growing impact team at Contentsquare, led by Kat Borlongan who was appointed as Chief Impact Officer in December 2021. Borlongan was hired to lead Contentsquare’s efforts to extend the company mission into areas that deliver greater impact, and to work closely with leadership and the entire Contentsquare team to achieve high standards for the company’s end users (digital trust and privacy), employees (DE&I) and the planet (sustainability). In April 2022, Guilhem Isaac-Georges was also hired to Contentsquare’s Impact team as VP of Sustainability.
