GREENSBORO, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$GUER–Guerrilla RF, Inc. (OTCQX: GUER) (the “Company”), an innovative fabless semiconductor company, today announced the initial closing of its private placement, providing gross proceeds of approximately $5.0 million, not including any additional proceeds that may be received upon further closings or the exercise of warrants.
Accredited investors purchased approximately 3,900,000 units, each unit comprising one share of the Company’s common stock and one warrant to purchase 0.5 of a share of common stock for a purchase price of $1.30 per unit. The warrants have an exercise price of $2.00 per share and a term of five years.
