SEATTLE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. (NYSE: BRMK) (the “Company”), an internally managed secured real estate finance company, today announced the tax treatment of its 2022 cash dividends on the Company’s common stock, as described below.
